Baby pomfret shallow fried on tawa with traditional coastal masala. Chunky kingfish pieces marinated and grilled in tandoor style. Pan fried kingfish slices with traditional spice rub. Mushrooms and broccoli tossed in cracked pepper, garlic and light soy seasoning.

Spicy prawns roasted in ghee with Mangalorean masala. Paneer simmered with green peas in a mildly spiced onion tomato gravy. Dal tempered with ghee, garlic and cumin for enhanced flavour.
